"I hear your business rocks ... so how much do you charge?"
This is a valid question and one that we hear quite frequently. While we do not have a restaurant-style menu of pricing, we will generate a quote for you based on the following information: a complete understanding of your expectations, your timeframe for project completion, and an analysis of the services that we are to perform.
Our work is generally billed on a per-project basis which is based on a fixed hourly rate (for a specific service or solution). Our paraphrased answer is this: what is the scope of the project and how quickly do you need it done? If you have a grip on the size of your project, contact us today for a quote.

So you need to get in touch with us? Not a problem. Unlike the stereotypical fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants web geek, Iziks is an actual business with a physical office. We are anchored in our community with families to feed. We take our work very seriously, and you will not find us jetting off to Vail, Colorado on a whim for some seriously-killer snowboarding or moving to New York City to make it big on Broadway. Now if the fish are biting at the local lake, that's a whole different story (but I'm sure you understand)!
Seriously, we handle business quotes promptly and schedule new work requests for the next available workday. If we are swamped with current projects or cannot get to your site revisions in a timely manner, we will have the professional courtesy to tell you so.
Off-hour requests and inquiries are handled as promptly as possible, but please expect a reasonable response on evenings and weekends. Emergency situations are handled immediately (if possible) when calling 412-260-8764.

Our office is open for visitors, during normal business hours; however, prior arrangements should be made to ensure that we are actually in the office as some of our client relationships require regular on-site visits!
Our business is located directly above the Bethel Bakery, on the second floor office space. Short-term parking is available in front of the bakery. When viewing the front of the building, enter the glass door on the left of the storefront (labeled with our logo). Follow the stairs to the second floor and turn right. Our offices are on the right side of the hall.

Our office is conveniently located on the Port Authority Blue Line. Ride the "T" to our office by catching the BLLB (Blue Line, Library via Overbrook) and get off at the Mesta stop, which is across the street from our building.

While most of our clientele are locally based, we do encourage new relationships and projects with out-of-state companies. The beauty of our business is that it can be conducted from anywhere with anyone. That means we can still meet with you virtually, via video teleconferencing, from Nassau to Nome. If you are located outside our great state of Pennsylvania, we still would like to work with you!
